Peugeot 407SW Estate: airflow impeded-feels as if

Not familiar with vehicle but "rule of thumb". It's usually located under the wiper panel (high up )in the engine compartment and close to the heater motor assy itself . The replacement filter will give you some notion of size and location . Good Luck

Heater not blowing hot air

The heater air is warmed by the water in the radiator. Check your coolant level first. If it is full, make sure your vehicle is getting up to operating temperature, A sticking thermostat can cause the vehicle to not warm up and cause this problem. If all of this checks out , then your heater core needs to be flushed out.

Freeze plug, head gasket, hose to the heater core. You have to get back there and look.

Heater matrix has gone on my 405 diesel bypassed it

sounds like your inner cooler is leaking and is causing an air lock within your coolant system. Sorry to hear this, changing this part is time consuming. Hope this helps you.

1993 K reg Peugeot 405 rear brake compensator

the one on my 405 is in a bad stat. what i can tell you is there should be a spring attaching the arm to the trailing arm, these rot away for a passtime they cant be replaced, having spoke to a main dealer yesterday (17 june 2009) the sum of £98 would get a new one. unfortunately i cant provide you with a picture as mine covered in cack. try a main dealer they might let you look at there parts book.
