Hi I have change my flywheel on a nissan navara 2.5 d 4x2 and now it wont start how do i align the flywheel to the crank sensor?
There is almost no way to miss align the flywheel! did you checked side by side for proper fit and all the slots matched , if you didn't i would get one fro the same place and match the old one, Also did you remove the sensor before replacing the flywheel? if you didn't you may have a broken sensor.
Im assuming it is four cylinder. The four holes represent the TDC cylinder and the positions of sensor is only one. Scan the truck for codes. You could also check the flywheel position by putting cylinder 1at TDC check the marking on the front damper, then check for alignment at the flywheel the hole for the sensor while align with one of the holes of the flywheel or at least be within centimeters.
