1994 chevy s10 blazer turns over, won't start

Has new plugs, new fuel pump, new fuel filter, new distributor module, new map sensor, injector, fuel pressure regulator, and a new rubber fuel line that goes to the pump. It has had some electrical issues in the past but the last time (before the rubber line was replaced) I had the fuel pressure checked it only read 30psi

You need to check and make sure you have fuel pressure, then check for spark at ignition, if those check out then check for pulse width at the injectors. That basically is the electrical signal which tells injectors to spray fuel. Use what is called a Noid light on injector pulse width check. that will eliminate all possibilities other than internal issues with engine. I.E. broken cam, broken timing components, obviously if all I mentioned checks out then run compression test. Good Luck

SOURCE: 1999 chevy blazer fuel problem

probably not fuel filter . probably going to have to remove the upper intake and replace the fuel injector spider(fuel inj assebly) if it is droping fuel pressure it is leaking into the upper manifold

That eliminates the crankshaft and camshaft position sensors. Have you checked the fuel injector itself for an open winding or stuck valve plunger? There should not be a steady 12 volts to the injector--if good injector, it would be spraying fuel steadily into the throttle body. But at least the engine should try to run if poorly. Take the injector out, dry it off with air, and intermittently apply 12 volts to one terminal while grounding the other. You should hear a click from inside every time you touch 12 volts. If not, replace it. If it does, it may be plugged with debris. Try blowing through it in reverse with compressed air.

if no crank sensor by timing cover, some vehicles are controlled at the distributor. the 95-96 have sensor by cover . before 1995 this its controlled by distributor. there is no "crank sensor" on that engine the pick-up coil inside the distributor acts as the crank reference for that engine. have a good day !! 4.3 vortex engine.

Have you checked the fuel pressure? There are two different fuel pumps for this vehicle and if you installed the wrong one, for the 4.3 VIN Z instead of the pump for the 4.3 VIN W, Which it sounds like you have a VIN W, It won't start. Also I've seen the harness go bad in the intake that runs the injector. Have you checked for injection pulse at the plug to the injector.

Trying to locate the ignition module for chevy blazer s10 1994

Ignition module sits in the ignition distributor, remove distributor cap, there will be two elec. harness plugs, the one with two wire's is for the pick up coil, the other one is for the ignition module, just unscrew module out of distributor and install new one.

I have a chevy s10 blazer that will not start it

If you have good pressure to fuel rail, then you may want to check the voltage coming to each injector with a voltmeter.
You may also want to check and make sure that every cylinder is getting spark.
If you are getting spark and fuel, then you may have a bad sensor somewhere but the car should be put on diagnostic scanner to pinpoint exact problem location.
