Hi...

I can't seem to find the fuel pressure regulator on my fuel rail there seems like the pressure regulator is missing.. can you advise as I have the 2004 1.4i renault kangoo

tighten all connections on fuel line,replace fuel filter,look for any holes in fuel line

This is a common problem with these vehicles, most likely to be a faulty rotor sensor on the fuel pump but can sometimes occur due to dirty connectors within the relays and related wiring. The rotor fix isn't a major deal.

Try disconnecting the fuel supply pipe from the fuel injection system and cranking the engine over to see if fuel is being delivered as the pipes or filter or even the pickup in the tank could be blocked. The system will need the air bleeding out afterwards but you'll need to do this anyway if you change the pump.
