It keeps showing after few weeks of resetting
It is a very small vacuum leak in the evaporative emission control system.
Until that is fixed, it will keep showing. The best way to find the leak, is to take it and have a smoke test done on it to pinpoint the leak, otherwise you will go nuts trying to find it and replacing vacuum lines you don't need. All they do is inject smoke into the emission system and where ever the smoke comes out, is where the leak is.

That code usually means your gas cap is not tight enough or if it is the seal on the cap is bad and not sealing tight enough. You can fix the problem by replacing the cap with a new OEM one from the Dealer. Aftermarket caps are not recommended. Sometimes once you have a new cap installed the code will go away by itself. You will need a OBD II scanner to erase the code, you can go to AutoZone and they can read and erase the code for you.
