You have an Alternator or alternator connector issue, have Auto Zone or Kragen test the charging system, it is free, most likely the alt will need to be replaced.

Use a test light, test for power and ground at the bulb contacts. Then test for power and ground at the wires. Probably needs a new socket, common problem.
The blower motor probably failed. Buy a used one from salvage. Test with jumper wires before installing. Usually, the blower fan motor is easy to change-easily accessed. Disconnect negative battery post, then the blower motor connector, remove 3 or 4 screws to pull motor and fan assembly out.
If you try to crank it and nothing happens your battery could be dead. See if your lights go on. If not, you probably need either a new battery or a battery jump and charge.
The brushes in the alternator are most likely going out, have the alternator replaced to solve your problem. If this was at all helpful, please rate, thank you.
sounds like a bad starter,if the dash lights--radio--wipers work then most likely the starter went bad.A few years ago i had one and the starter cost then about $90.00
Could be your alternator not being able to spin enough current to start the car. Battery alone wont be enough to start the car. The alternator kicks in and helps. So check the alternator out. Take the alternator out and take it to autozone and they will check it for you for free.
Have you checked the door seal? There is a button on it that turns off the light. Your button might be stuck or broken. The simplest solution is to pop the cover of the dome light and just take the bulb out. True, you won't have lights, but it won't drain your battery either.
Check the braided groundstrap that goes from the firewall to the engine on the passenger side of the engine compartment. I bet its rotted off!
