I've found the service port, with Blue cap, near the Coolant Tank on my 2000 Chevy cavalier. The valve is leaking with greenish yellow fluid. I need to change the valve. Where would I get that valve ? Only Chevy or somewhere else too ?It has threads on the outside. I found few in Advanced auto parts, which had internal thread - those won't fit :-(
You can buy the valve and cap at any professional auto parts store like NAPA. The bigger question is how you're going to replace it if the system is filled with refrigerant. Your best bet is to find a shop that has the special tool that can replace a valve core without having to evacuate the system. That'll cost less than removing all the refrigerant and refilling.

CHECK YOUR oil and see if it is milky there have been some issues with heads cracking on these. another option is to have dye added to cooling system and drive a few days then have checked with a blacklight the dye will glow this can help spot a small leak

That hose is the drain hose for the air conditioner evaporator. If it is leaking coolant, there's a good chance that your heater core is leaking, as it is in the same 'box' that the air conditioner evaporator is in. You'll need to replace the heater core.
