Hi from the uk to adjust n/side wiper arm ? if you look at where the wiper arm is fitted below screen you may have a cap/covering that conseals the nut that fastens the arm to the motor wiper spindle which has a milti spline for adjusting? remove nut and pull up the arm and reposition as to prevent hitting bottom of screen ?? however if your wiper arms are the type without this nut fastening ? then same principle as above for readjusting but you will have to raise the arm verticle and carefully prise the arm off spindle there is a tool for this job and makes it easier it is a wiper arm puller you may be able to borrow or purchase? they cost approx £11 in uk but can be used for multiple other jobs ? so try 1st method you may be lucky ? when you reposition arm tap it on firmly!when you are happy with position ? good luck !

How To Install Replace Windshield Wiper motor on a Honda Odyssey

Put the right side wiper on only. Turn on wipers. When the wiper moves all the way to the left and starts to go back to the right turn off the ignition with the wiper switch still on. Remove the right wiper arm and install the left wiper arm in the far left of the wiper movement. Turn on ignition and allow the left wiper to go all the way back to it's rest location at the bottom of the windshield. Turn off ignition and install the right side wiper arm. This will give you a start to properly set the wiper arms.

1991 honda accord EX - windshield wipers stopped working during my morning commute. I can hear the motor trying to work when I turn them on, but they won't move. I can see one fuse box under the hood of...

Here is a diagram of the fuse box in the interior. This is where the wiper relay is located, #6. Although if you hear sounds from the motor something might be restricting your blades and or the motor is shot and needs to be replaced.

When I turn on the windshield wipers they travel too far hitting the windshild pillar(top) and the the cowl(bottom).

The wipers are not installed correctly. Remove and reposition the wiper arms ,so they do not hit the side of the outside window pillar, when set to high speed.

1999 Acura TL - WIPER BLADES HIT HARD ON BOTH SIDES, IS THERE AN ADJUSTMENT OR JUST REPLACE THE WIPER MOTOR

I had this same problem. The wiper blades would extend too far and hit the edge of the car, or they wouldn't extend far enough and only wipe about 3/4 of the windshield. The problem was a broken Wiper Rod A. My local mechanic replaced it - the part was about $20 and the labor about $230. Have them look at wiper rod A
