i checked all the fuses at 2 of them were out the dome and another one, both 15a. however i took another 15a fuse out of the cigar lighter and put it in the dome and turned the car. it chimes but the clock and stereo still dosnt work.i checked all the fuses at 2 of them were out the dome and another one, both 15a. however i took another 15a fuse out of the cigar lighter and put it in the dome and turned the car. it chimes but the clock and stereo still dosnt work.

The radio gets its power from the "ACC" fuse and the "DOME" fuse. Each one is on a different fuse box. If the dome light works its not that fuse. If the shift lock and cigarette lighter work its not the ACC fuse.
the door opens, it turns on the dome light, so the wire that goes from the door switch gets powered up and makes your dome light come on. if your door is closed, and you turn on the dome light, the same wire gets power and is actually sending power to your light bulb on the dash. just ignore it , or get a diode and put it on the correct wire, and it wont allow the electricity to flow back towards the light bulb when you put the dome light on.
You have to be very careful working with cigarette lighter assemblies. The inner parts of the assembly can rotate without you realizing it, and this can bring the positive and negative portions of the assembly together. This can create a short circuit. Normally, the fuse will blow.
I would take the assembly back out and make certain that there is separation between the positive and negative sections of the assembly.
sounds like you blew some fuses replace them. then reconnect stock wiring. the get after market deck, amp, and wiring that in it's color coded so it no that hard to do.that 10 inch pa speaker pulls a lot power plus it 8 ohm impudence. your going to need at least a 200 watt amp.bridgeable. or single channel.
Probably a fuse. You radio keeps it's memory using a constant power wire which is probably interlinked with the dome light, door locks, etc. Check fuses under the dash as well as under the hood for any blown fuses. Look for fuses labeled with your listed problems of things that don't work.
