quote ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on ANY BARCODES , LABELS or STAMPED IN THE METAL
CASING.
There
should be a 14 character Serial Number beginning with RG or RN or PH or similar
(often found stamped in the metal casing ) and maybe a Security Number in the format of
TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode so please quote EVERYTHING

Try reading the OBDII with a code reader and see what it is then erase codes and see if it stays off ,could be more than one circuit on this fuse so the fuse blowing has thrown the light on for whatever reason ,Also try disconnecting the battery just out of interest for a few minutes and reconnect it might go out if your lucky
