Aimost always the manufacturer has that programed in the computer and can not be changed

PRESS AND HOLD IN THE TRIPOMETER RESET BUTTON. WITH IT IN, TURN THE KEY TO THE ON POSITION WITHOUT STARTING THE ENGINE. THE DISPLAY WILL COUNT DOWN IN HASH MARKS FROM 6 TO 0. AFTER IT REACHES 0 RELEASE THE TRIPOMETER RESET, TURN THE KEY TO THE OFF POSITION. ONCE YOU RESTART THE LIGHT SHOULD BE OFF.

Try this. Put odometer in milage mode, not trip, if aplicable. Hold down odometer reset botton while turning on ignition. Light should blink a few times and go out. This works on Honda and Toyota maybe Lexus too

Oil light needs to be reset. If you still have owners manual the reset procedure should be in the manual. If you had you lexus serviced at the dealership just take it back to them and ask them to reset it.

also check the 30 amp fuse which says door beneath the left drivers's side near the foot rest.
