I have 2001 f250 radio only works in park or neutral what could be the problem

There are a couple of known things to check.
Check connector C134 it is under the hood right below the driver's side headlamp.It is a 42 pin connector with either an 8mm or 10mm bolt in center of it.Take it apart and inspect it for moisture and corrosion.Clean it and add some dielectric grease to the terminals then reconnect it.
Also open drivers door and remove the drivers side lower kick panel.
You will see a 20 pin connector there and also the central junction box.Disconncet the 20 pin connector and the 2 connectors to the central junction box and inspect them for moisture and or corrosion and clean them and add dielectric grease and see if this fixes you problem.

when you park the truck dont move mean is on park but the range sensor is not working to make the by pass to make the truck to start posible you need to replace the range sensor or neutral safety switch

You should either check the neutral switch on the column inside by the base or the steering wheel or replace it. Sounds like it maybe shorting out or a wire is pinching.

When I get down on it hard it shuts down at about 3000 rpms it just started this.

If you are doing this in park or neutral the computer is shutting the fuel off . This is normal

You must be referring to the running fog lights they come on with the park lights and low beam of the head lamps, but go out with the high beams.

sounds like park safety switch,there are 2 switches 1 neutral and 1 park, if it starts in neutral,it is working,if in park,and does not start usually means bad switch or wire off.
