I have an 01 lincoln town car and my fuse is out for the rear lic plate and my inter lights dont come on trying to see witch fuse it is

It has a lighting control module and fuse for the rear lights

That sounds like a blown fuse, but your vehicle also has 'lighting modules'.

Should be the same fuse as the rear/tail lights.

On "most" vehicles, the parking, tail, lic plate AND dash lights are all on the same circuit. Usually, the fuse will be labeld "park", "tail", or "illum".
If you have dash lights but no park lights, it's likely that there is a break in the wiring somewhere...

not sure which fuse except to say same fuse as tail lights is one you're looking for. try turning your park lights on and wiggling bulbs back and forth,i suspect a bad ground inside bulb holder. you can wiggle bulb to check that. after you do get it working i suggest you apply some bulb grease to put into bulb socket for no future problems.

could be bad headlight switch

check the fuse for your brake lights or the brake light switch,the inter lock solenoid on the shift cable reacts from the power at the brake switch.

sound like you have a problem with the motor or window regulator ....the lights dim tell me that the switch is ok ....i would take it out and replace it ....good luck
