fuel gage operates when ignition off. hear whirring noise. when turn off the engine. next time go to start and it wants to die. after several minutes it works just fine but upon slowing down rpms want to drop below 500. cleaned throttle body. didn't help. also clock has incorrect time each time after being set and sitting overnight
