All of these gauges are digital are controlled by a computer in the instrument cluster. You will need to remove the cluster and send it out for repair by a factory approved instrument cluster repair center. You can find these on line. JUst Goggle "Dodge Instrument Cluster repair"

Gas guage and water temp gauge do not work clock works alt works oil works guages work just not gas and water temp ?????

On the rear of the instrument cluster there should be a resistor. This is how the fuel and temp guages are limited to a certain voltage decreasing the power to them so that they dont burn out. These (voltage limiters) resistors are available seperately from the dealership.

Dash not working

the SIR fuse is located in the side dash compartment, drivers side. I believe it is # 14, i know that if it's blown or out the airbag light will stay on.

It sounds like the wire harness in the back of the instument cluster has gone lose. Check the wire harness. Good luck

Speedometer is jumping all-over

You better check the connector to the speedo and cluster, either you bent a pin or damaged the printed circuit, or the connector is not locked properly.
