My dome lights will not shut off I believe there is a timer to make them shut off but I'm not sure. Looked for fuse and could not locate fuse for the dome light. I never found a fuse box under the passenger rear seat, and the fuse panel in the engine compartment does not have a fuse label for dome lights. Please help
There is no fuse marked for dome light's in the rear fuse box. The BCM - body control module controls the dome / courtesy light's .
The body control module (BCM) monitors the courtesy lamp switch signal circuit in order to determine when the courtesy/dome lamps should be illuminated. When the BCM senses that the courtesy lamp switch signal circuit is grounded when the switch is activated, the BCM will directly illuminate the courtesy/dome lamps.

You should possibly think about taking your vehicle to a qualified repair shop !
Install a scan tool.
Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
With a scan tool, observe the courtesy lamp switch parameter in the body control module (BCM) data list.
Does the scan tool display INACTIVE?
YES - Go to Step 3
NO - Go to Step 4
3
Activate the courtesy lamp switch.
With the scan tool, observe the courtesy lamp switch data parameter.
Does the courtesy lamp switch data parameter change state?
• Test the courtesy lamp switch for sticking in the ON position.
• Perform a visual inspection for loose or poor connections at all related components. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems.
SOURCE: 2006 Trailblazer Headlight Replacement
There are not two rods, there are two clips one under fender weild and one right above the light on top of the cover. Pull up on these two clips and pull the light forward a couple of inches and remove the dust cover. You have to take the air filter cover off to be able to reach in and replace the light. It took me about 10 min to figure these out but hope it helps out.
SOURCE: Air Conditioner blows hot on one side after battery DC
You need to replace the driver side temperature door control actuator. While doing this... make sure you bolt the new one in AND THEN PLUG IT IN or it will spin and not line up in the right place... then there is a series of crazy steps to fix that problem.
SOURCE: The heated seats stopped working.
check your power relays to the seats i bet one or both is out or you lost voltage to them

it sounds as though you've got a wiring problem with your rear liftgate. this would cause the pin switch to think it's still open instead of closed, and the power loss to the wiper assembly. check your fuses first to see if there are any blown. then check and make sure your ground wire for the rear liftgate is clean and tight and not broken.
SOURCE: 2006 Chevy Trailblazer makes THUD when accelerating
Check your coolant level, low coolant or air in your cooling system will make a "thud"noise in your heater core when the engine is under load from acceleration. The coolant rushes in to the heater core where the air pocket is trapped and then your hear the noise.
Start with the simple and make sure your coolant level is correct and then try to purge the system to remove the air out for your coolant system.
Thank you for using fixya and good luck
