brake and turn are the same filament in the bulb. Try a new bulb. if that doesn't work your going to chase a short/ground on that wire back to the switch. get a wiring diagram to help.
There is either a dual filament bulb or seperate bulbs for your headlights. For this truck, i believe that it is the dual type, meaning that there are actually two bulbs in one glass. those filaments could have simply burned out. The most likely problem is the bulbs, replace the bulbs
You have one bolt in the top center of the headlight to loosen and then 2 on top to remove and one on the outer side on the bottom to rmeove. Pull the headlight out and unplug it. Then remove the boots and replace the blown bulbs.
Hi: tail is on its own circuit and utilizes the longer thinner element in tthe bulb --- the brake and turn utilize the short thicker element in the bulb---- two different circuits. If bulb fails on tail ligh then the bulb is more than likely burned out. When you take the bulb out, look at the elements and you should see a broken thin filiment. bulb is bad, replace. good luck
which bulb are you trying to change? the headlight assemblies are removed by pulling up on the two tabs that are located under the hood just behind the headlight. The turn signal lamp is attached to the headlight assembly with a screw.
Does it have trailer light plug. After market trailer plugs cause all kinds of problems and should be removed and replaced when they do. Also check the bulb in another socket to make absolutely sure it is bad. I have been fooled more than once by newer bulbs that break connection towards the bottom and you can't see it
open the hood push the headlight housing retaining clips rearward and then pull upward on the clip to release the headlight housing and pull the housing out and away from car to access the bulb retaining ring located on the back side rotate the bulb retaining ring counterclockwise and pull the bulb socket assembly out of the housing and when installing the new bulb do not touch the bulb surface if you do wipe with rubbing alcohol
