Look on the passenger side of the center console. Remove the panel and you will find the fuse panel.

Fuse box location 2005 chevy cobalt

There are two locations for fuse boxes on a 2005 Cobalt. 1) is under the hood, on the driver's side, under the jump start contact. 2) is inside the center console, on the right side. The forward part of the console kick panel has a press-opening panel, which, when removed, reveals the fuse box.

Fuse block does not match the one in manual. radio has no power

Are you sure you are looking at the right fuse block in the manual? There might be two different pages showing two different fuse blocks. One in the cab and one under the hood. If you are thinking fuse, check the cig lighter too, normaly they are on the same ciricut.
