Where is chassis no 1954 ford customline - Ford Cars & Trucks

Not completely sure , but there are chassis numbers stamped on either the right hand side front chassis rail ( or left hand ) on some models of Fords. You will have to scrape off the dirt and any underseal. Has the plate been removed from the firewall ?

Why do people keep asking these questions? There is no good answer because top speed depends on so many factors, such as rear axle ratio, weather, tires, state of engine tune, wear on engine, etc.

For Bottom--Push in on Front bottom (both sides) to release brackets, then lift up. For BACK--push in at top (both sides) and lift up.

moved you out of JEEPs.
(drain it)
unhook all lines and hoses
then with jacks holding it up.
unstrap it (bolts)
lower jack and BINGO.

The easiest place to find the VIN on your vehicle is right on the lower left corner of your dashboard. You should be able to read the number by looking through your windshield on the driver's side of your car. Check the driver's side door. The VIN might also belocated in the driver's side doorjamb or on the doorpost.

some of these , you would have to get in the back seat area. and push in on the bottom front side of the seat to allow the bracket that clips into another bracket to release, do this on both sides of the seat, and seat should release and come out, the top portion of a lot of these older models, you would have to grasp the top of the seat, and push in and up and pull out, on them to release them from the brackets, installation is reverse. hope that this information has helped you.

usually this is air trapped in the system. Try leaving the cap loose on cold start and run engine until upper hose gets hot (ie thermostat opens). That should burp air. Then keep system full as it cools down. so it uscks coolant back in as it cools. Then, tighten cap.
