Make sure you gapped the plugs and make sure you have the firing order correct. If all the wires were removed at the same time, having them out of order is highly possible. Last, make sure the coil wire as well as electrical connections are in place around the coil. it's something you forgot or missed. check

Change spark plugs and ignition wires and now it wont start

If you didn't change the wires one at a time, you are probably mixed up in firing order. Pull them all,get a picture of order from your local parts house and start over.

Wont start

Take a plug wire off hold the metal part near a good ground, and have somebody turn the key, while you hold it with something isolating you from the wire, like rubber handled pliers. observe for bright blue spark, no spark? Then you have a problem.

Change spark plugs and now car wont start.....1994 ford tarus

Do you have the "firing order" correct? In other words, is each spark plug wire going to the same cylinder it was on before you changed the plugs? If you have done nothing else but changed the plugs then this is the most likely problem.
If when you try to start the car it backfires through the exhaust or backfires through the intake. Then this " IS" the problem. Good luck.
