Should not have to pay for same part twice.take vechicle back to dealership tell them car not fixed you have same problem.let them know you payed them to fix car.same problem still exist.code p2135 problem could be the tps sensor or signal circuit to sensor wires and connector have a short or problem could be throttle body assembly damaged.

SOURCE: Replace Fuel Filter on 2006 Chevy Aveo Hatchback

If the fuel filter is mounted inside the fuel tank at the pump it does not need replacing and is a permanent filter. All you have to do it follow the fuel lines from the fuel tank to the engine. If the filter is mounted in the fuel line you will find it.

SOURCE: tps location on 1999 camaro

TPS is always connected to one end of the throttle plate shaft It should not be difficult to identify. If you already have the new one the old one is identical. Usually fastened with two small torx screws.

SOURCE: how do I replace a headlight bulb in a 2006 aveo

you can access the bulbs from inside the engine compartment. the socker turns about a quarter turn to remove it. do NOT touch the bulb with your fingers as that will shorten the bulb life. you may have to remove the battery to change the one on that side.

The throttle actuator control (TAC) system is used to improve emissions, fuel economy, and driveability. The TAC system eliminates the mechanical link between the accelerator pedal and the throttle plate. The TAC system eliminates the need for a cruise control module and idle air control motor. The following is a list of TAC system components:
• The accelerator pedal assembly includes the following components:
- The accelerator pedal

2006 chevy aveo check engine light (code # p0315)

I took it in to a different mechanic and am told that the car will not "learn" the cps. It will clear the CEL but as soon as the key is put in the ignition it comes back on He suggested putting in the original crank sensor but that one is cracked so do I need to get an ac/delco or gm sensor instead of what I got from autozone or how do I get it to recognize the sensor we put in?

We did check the fuses and that is not the problem.

Throtte position sensor location and how do you change and adjust on a 2006 aveo 1.6 engine

this item is located at the throttle shaft, in the air intake. The sensor is not adjusted, as it takes values from the sensor at each startup. If you have a code that indicates TPS, buy the replacement, and that will help you locate the correct component. Then just carefully switch it out.
