Where is the transmission dipstick on a 96 mazda mpv 4wd

Hi,have a look on u-tube,if im looking at the right part it seems to be on the inside of the auto sump,hope this was some help all the best.

It was probable meant on top of the transmission under the floor about where the console would be.

On most models you pour the fluid into the tube where the dipstick is.

My 2WD 1996 Mazda MPV transmission dipstick is a black stick, from out side, it look about a foot long from bottom to top with a black handle that is about 2 inches long and 3/4 inch wide. It is locate between the battery and the engine, actually, the top of it is a little bit lower than the bottom of the battery and closer to the front of the engine where the belts are.

They are located inside the transmission at the valve body. They can be tested at the wiring connector at the transmission. 3 solenoids total

I believe it is a sealed unit so it does'nt have one.

in most vehicles you add it through the dipstick tube .
