My problem.
I have a 99 dodge stratus 2.5l 115,000miles 3 weeks ago it shut down on me while i was driving so i took it to a garage and they told me what they found.
1. valve cover gaskets leaking into the spark plug tubes
2. bad timing belt
so i replaced all belts, water pump, plugs, wires, cap, pcv valve.
after all that it still shuts down on me at least 2 times in my 11 mile trip to and from work.
so i replaced the fuel pump and filter. and nothing has changed any suggestions. i am about out of ideas and money at this point......

my car shuts down and wont fire and doesnt seem like its getting gas. Could my fuel injecters be stoped up?
Every couple of weeks my 99 stratus just dies. It starts back up but I never know when it will do it. The computer does not show anything and we cannot get it to do it when we want it to. The mechanic is at a loss. It doess not cough or sputter, just dies.
