Call Honda America - 1-800-999-1009
Give them your VIN number and the Radio Serial Number (Check your glove box for a 10 digit code...it may be affixed to the back part of the glove box wall)
They will verify some information and will give it to you over the phone.
You can also go to the Honda website...
https://www.ahm-ownerlink.com/
Here you can enter your VIN information and just update some things. There is a link there that will take you to the retrieve your radio code. Once you get it, write it down and/or put it on your 'Ownerlink" which will help you the next time.
Sometimes the dealer will give you the code. Call them up and be alittle friendly, they might help.
Howdy,
I just finished up fixing the code problem on my 96 accord. It may be similarr enough to match your problem. If you gently remove your center console ash tray on the bottom you'll find to series of numbers. the 5 digit one worked for me!
Have fun!

Radio codes are avail. from the origional dealer. If you did not purchase the car new usually the original dealer has them. You will need to show proof of ownwership. Hopefully the original dealer has not perched his records.
These codes are needed every time you disconnect your battery.,if you ever want to use your radio again

Try these things. Why don't you call the Honda customer service at 1-800-999-1009 have your radio serial number and VIN to your car and they will help you to unlock your radio. If you don't have the serial code to your radio and you are the original owner they will tell you have to get the code and turn it back on and also how to get your serial number to you radio to unlock it. Here are some websites too: www.Radio-code.com & www.webcrawler.com type in radio unlock code. But if you are the original owner you should have a white card that came with the car. It says HONDA Anti-theft radio Identification card . It has you code number and serial number on it and how to put in the code to unlock the radio.

help please????????//
I cannot find the radio serial number without taking out my whole radio and stereo system. The serial # nor the radio code are in the glove box.
It's going to cost me big time to get this done at a dealership. The mechanic who put in my new battery that lost my radio code won't even return my phone calls. What else can I do to find my code? any suggestions? thanks much.
