2003 Toyota Camry by remote or interior swith doesn't lock only beep twice by the key close only drive side door

Toyota Camry 2003 by remote or interior power swith doesn't lock the doors only beep twice, now with the key close and open the drive side only. Sometime with the remote work once only I check allready all switchs boot, and four door (I remove it and clean one by one) also I check all fuses they are ok. Please if somebody help me will be great thanks

Look closely at the cover. You will see a small slot. Insert a small flat blade screwdriver, and pry it off. Very easy..

My 96 Camry LE has 9 attachments that are visible. Some have plastic caps covering the screws; others do not. There are screws at the door handle, at the forward portion(with covers) when the door is open and the back edge (small covers). As I recall, there are several friction type fasteners around the perimiter of the panel that can be removed by prying carefully away from the metal portion of the door to free up the trim panel. Once these are loose, the trim around the inside door release handle (the one you pull to open the door) can be pryed in a backward motion. Then the entire panel can be removed by pulling upward and backward at the same time (it easier to do this with the window down). Then it is a matter of disconnecting the wires attached to the various controls for the electric windows and door locks to free up the panel itself. There is probably a plastic skin covering the metal portion of the door. Carefully pull that away to expose the inner workings of the door latch mechanisim. The rest of the procedure should become easy to figure out. I have not removed the exterior door handle itself; but it is a simple mechanism as I recall. Best of luck to you.

Is your problem that the vehicle will not crank and has no power, or that the door lock remote is not working? Im not sure that I understand your question and dont want to give the wrong answer.
There are no "codes" persay for anything but radios as far as end user procedures go. Programming doors on a 2000 camry is...fun to say the least. the procedure is published all over the web and very weird, but thats what they designed..
Short version is, Doors all closed, Ebrake on, key in your hand you in the drivers seat. Insert key and do not turn, then remove again. Do this TWICE. Now key is out, within 45 seconds, pres the electric LOCK button on the door LOCK-RELEASE-UNLOCK-RELEASE and repeat 4 more times for a total of 5 cycles. After the 5th time is complete, open the door, then close the door. Then do the LOCK-RELEASE,UNLOCK-RELEASE thing another 5x. At the end of this the door locks SHOULD cycle by themselves twice, if they do not...cycle the ignition key on and off again. and see if they cycle. I=When they cycle trhat means its in learning mode! Press door both buttons on yor remote at the same time, then release. Then do the next remote the same way. That is how they designed field programming.

programing a remote is not hard but it is timing is every thing!
set up. driver's door open all others closed.
all movements are done at one second intervals.
1 insert the key in the ignition and remove it twice
2 close and open the door twice.
3 insert and remove the key once
4 close and open the door twice.
5 insert the key
6 close door
7 rotate key to run back to off and remove.
(locks should cycle once)
8 press both the lock and unlock buttons for a second on the remote.
9 press the remote's lock button (locks should cycle once more)

KEYLESS REMOTE PROGRAMMING
1- Driver's door open & unlocked. Key out of ignition
2- Insert & remove key 2 times within 5 seconds
3- Close & open drivers door twice within 40 seconds
4- Insert key into ignition & remove
5- Close & open drivers door twice within 40 seconds
6- Insert key into ignition
7- Close the door
8- Turn ignition switch from "LOCK" to "ON" & back to "LOCK"
- ONCE for ADD mode
- TWICE for REWRITE mode
9- Remove the key from ignition
10- To confirm your mode selection, the power locks will now cycle "lock" to
"unlock" a number of times corresponding to your key cycles in step 8
11- Within 40 seconds of confirmation
- Press both transmitter Lock & Ulock buttons simultaneously
- Within 3 seconds press transmitter Lock button for more than 1 second
- If successful, the power locks will cycle once (twice indicates
transmitter problems)
- Repeat step 11 for additional remotes
12- Open door to exit programming.

HOW TO PROGRAM 2003 TOYOTA CAMRY FACTORY REMOTES
1. Driver door open and unlocked. Key out of the ignition
2. Insert the key and remove 2 times in 5 sec.
3. Close and open driver door 2 times in 40 sec.
4. Insert the key and remove it again from ignition.
5. Close and open driver door 2 times in 40 sec.
6. Insert the key in ignition,
7. Close the door,
8. Turn to on and back to lock in 1 second intervals. 1 time for add, 2 times for rewrite, 3 for confirmation 5 for prohibition. (yes, there is no “4”)
9. Remove the key
10. Power lock will cycle to confirm
11. For add or rewrite mode within 40 sec of the confirmation,
A. press “lock” and “unlock” buttons of the FOB at the same time between 1 and 1.5 seconds.
B. within 3 sec press “Lock” button for more than 1 sec and release.
C. If it’s correct, the power door lock will cycle once. If it’s wrong the door lock will cycle twice.

if remote is good here are the factory instructions to program it, if this doesn't work u may have a bad remote or receiver in car.

1. Start with the key out of the ignition, drivers door is open all others closed and
drivers door is unlocked.
2. Perform these steps within 5 seconds.
A. Insert the key into the ignition(Do NOT Turn) Pull key out.
B. Insert the key into the ignition(Do NOT Turn) Pull key out.
3. Perform these steps within 40 seconds.
A. Close then open the drivers door.
B. Close then open the drivers door.
C. Insert the key into the ignition(Do NOT Turn) Pull key out.
4. Perform these steps within 40 seconds.
A. Close then open the drivers door.
B. Close then open the drivers door.
C. Insert the key into ignition and leave it in ignition.
D. Close the drivers door.
E. Turn the ignition to ON (Do NOT Start) then back to OFF.
F. Remove the key from the ignition.
5. Within 3 seconds, the power door locks should lock then unlock automatically
indicating successful entry into programming mode.
Return to step 1 if the locks do not cycle at this point.
6. Perform these steps within 40 seconds.
A. Press the lock and unlock buttons on the remtoe simutaneously for 1.5 seconds.
B. Immediately after letting go of the lock and unlock buttons,
Press the lock button by itself and hold for 2 seconds. Within 3 seconds, the door
locks should lock and then unlock once indicating successful programming. If
the door locks cycle twice, repeat steps A and B in step 6 as the remote was
not accepted.
C. Repeat steps A and B in step 6 for each new remote.
7. Open drivers door.

to end mode open door or insert key into ig.you can do up to 4 remotes.read this a couple of times to get the sequence down.there are time restraints,but if you go in order it will work.do not wait more than a second b/t each step and you will be ok.i know from experience that you can do this as fast as you can and it will enter mode.if steps out of order or you wait to long it wont.print this and have in lap,read ahead of what you are doing.good luck.
