High beams work, low beams do not (but fog lights work). Checked fuses 20 and 21 (low beam fuses) and they appear OK.
Don't forget to check the Relays.... Black boxes associated with the fuses... Also there are usually two fuse blocks ONE inside of the car on the drivers side: Under the dash, or on the side of it. TWO is under the hood in the engine compartment area either on the firewall or on one of the fenders usually close to, same side as the battery.

Look at the "rear" of the engine where it joins the transmission. Follow the positive cable from the battery to it. Cog with the 'teeth' you see engages the flywheel to start the motor.

Simply remove the plastic cover over the headlights and radiator. This is easy to remove by removing the plastic clips. On the headlamp assembly, there are three bolts that need to removed, two under the plastic cover and one at the top of the fender. Once this is done, gently pull it out, it will tend to hold onto the fender as it is grooved to do this...then reverse the steps to reinstall the headlight assembly
