i have the same problem on my ford 2004 5.4L f-150 except occasionally it will start. I tried a 200Amp battery start/charge even though the battery had a charge and it started. i turned it off and tried to start again w/o charger and it wouldn't start. I reconnected the charger in the 200A start mode again and the battery caught fire. I figured the battery shorted out and replaced it. Still the same all lights etc work but no crank.

It is most likley starter relay or starter.with vehicle in park and e-brake on have someone tap on the starter with hammer while your trying to start.if starter starts to crank then you know the starter is on the way out.if starter does not crank it may already be shot.srarter relay is on fire wall check power + ground.

If the solenoid is clicking it can't be the ignition switch.

Check if your terminals are tight, when starting tap the starter with a hammer or bar. if it turns over the engine then repair your starter. turn the engine with a wrench to check if the starter gear jam in the flywheel. also you can have a faulty ignition switch

Batter's good if lights work. No clicking usually means the starter is bad. Unfortunately, it's a push it or two it to the mechanic.

Won't turn over

Even though all your other electrical bits are working it could be that your battery doesn't have enough juice to crank the engine. It doesn't take much power to run the radio, lights, etc, but cranking the engine requires the battery to have a very strong charge. If your battery is more than 5 years old, that's very likely the issue. I'd start there. Also, be sure to check the battery terminals and ground for corrosion and clean if necessary. If replacing the battery doesn't solve the problem it could be the starter solenoid or a loose electrical connection somewhere.

When I go to start my car, it just clicks and wont start. I have power (lights, interior lights, radio, etc.)

You have a bad starter, you can take it out & have it checked at autozone or any kind of auto parts store.

My 98 taurus wont start

Check the battery cable connections. If they are loose or have corrosion on them, it would result in what you describe. Also check the wires to the starter, same thing, you need to have tight, clean connections. This should be the problem, let me know how you make out. Curt

94 concorde ignition/electrical?

make sure the battery cables are touching metal to metal. Sometimes the rubber around the battery cable can get pinched in between and not letting a good contact. You could also place a washer between the cable and the battery.  If this does not help try banging your solenoid while someone else tries and turn over the vehicle. Make sure your solenoid is not shorting out.
After you have tackled these tasks and you still are having problems, then I would expect ignition
