Call the dealer with the Vin# of the car, and the serial # of the radio, and they will provide you with the code to unlock the radio.

you need to give a dealer your VIN and proof of ownership and they will get you the code...providing the unit is original and never changed put in the code and you'll be in business

I replaced the radio on a similar car with an identical junk-yard radio/cd player. of course it was locked. I went to the dealership and they were nice enough to plug a hand-held computer under the dash and unlocked it for free. Took about 5 min. Hope this helps.
