Uninstalling a front bumper

I have a 1999 ford crown vic. How do I take off the plastic bumper off .

Just pull the plastic plugs off in the wheel well but make sure you have a buddy with you so you can remove it at the same time. You on one side and the friend on the other, Its a real easy job!

Where does a heater fuse go in a 1999 crown vic

Under the dash to the lreft of the steering wheel you will find the fuse box, it will have a black plastic cover over it, remove the cover and look at the diagram printed on the cover, the heater blower motor fuse is #9, it is a 30 amp fuse.

what does a crown victoria look like?? none here in spain ,focus yes ,but knowing ford it uses the same parts so try lifting the back seat up and look for a big round plastic cover.My jaguar has ford name on a lot of components behinfçd the dash

1999 FORD CROWN VIC. 4.6 - PROBLEM, NOISE

This is caused by the IAC valve. Over time the valve becomes gummy and inoperative. Get it replaced and the problem is solved. IAC stands for idle air control, hence the stalling concern.
