Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.

SOURCE: where is the second fuel filter on a f250 desiel

What model f250 deisel are you referring to
The 7.3 powerstrokes have fuel filter on top of engine. 6 lit engines have filter lower down in fuel line, so it depends which model and which year
The 2008 6.4 dual turbo has a pre-filter / water separator on the underside of the truck - under the driver side floor board. A second / final filter is on the top of the engine near the front. It is near the oil filter housing. Ford says to change the two at the same time. You should also drain out the water separator every month or so. (in particular in the winter when the colder weather can lead to condensation in the tanks / line) It has a lever to pull out and you only need to drain about a tablespoon of fuel get all of the water out.

SOURCE: Ford f250 stalls when driving down the road,

What year... What engine? need info..... If it is a diesel with 7.3 L engine it is most likely the cam sensor. When it cranks does the tack work? that is another sign of a cam sensor It is on the front of the engine just to the right of the harmonic balancer top side. Replace it with a black one. Also could be in your IPR if diesel.

2002 Ford Tauras SES

sounds like battery dead. it died while running then it an alternator. you should get a battery light on steady when running if alternator has failed but not always on a ford... you need a meter of some type. 12.6 not running fully charged12.2 25%. running at least 13.8-14.6 at the battery.

1993 Ford E-350 Fuel issue

This can be a common problem among engines with some miles like 50k to 95k range. There is an idler unit that is opens and closes during starting. They get clogged with carbon and stick. I am going to suggest you to look in this area.
You have many other ways to go but it is in the full body throttle area more than likely.
With a 2002 you might be able to get a book and find it. It is usually stuck in the side of the throttle body (carburetor) This is an educated guess but it is worth looking at.

Stalled and will not run for more than a few minutes now

there is a recall on the cam sensor that is causing these to stall. i had the same problem and after letting it go for two weeks it finally wouldn't start and i burned up the starter, so i recommend taking it in as soon as possible. all work should be free at any ford dealership, just be cautious because they always wanna do more than they have to.
