My lincoln ls is in the theft mode i change my ecm on my ls so how do i get it off
Try turn the key in the drivers door three times or check this procedure in your Owners Manual.
You are comment that change ECM? If this is right, will need visit your dealer to reprogram and resynchronized the security module with the new ECM.

Take your car to a shop, they will by pass the system, or you can chang the ignition switch which is alot easier

get under the car and the fog lamps will be on the corners of each side. all you do is twist the electrical connector to the right and it will come out to install one re connect the new bulb and line up the connector and turn to the left to lock it in place

Your (PATS) Passive Anti-Theft System-has an issue.
The only way to solve it,is to connect a scanner and follow proper diagnostic testing,for your exact vehicle
