Many possible causes....Too little info to make an intelligent suggestion. Try charging the problem vehicle's battery with jumper cables for 2 minutes with the supply vehicle running at fast idle (or about 1500-2000 RPM, if it is tachometer equipped) before you try to crank the problem vehicle on a cold morning. If it starts right up, you likely have a weak battery that needs replacing.
I have got a new battery, spark plugs, and changed the fuel line filter. When I try to start the car it sounds like a car that has no gas. If I pour the gas straight into the motor it fires up
Obviously, you have a (cold) temperature related fuel delivery problem that is likely electrical in nature. When it is cold you likely have a circuit connection open and the fuel injection does not happen. When it warms up the connection closes, and the engine gets fuel and runs. THE PROBLEM COULD BE JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE ELECTRICALLY RELATED TO THE FUEL SYSTEM AND WILL LIKELY GET WORSE WITH TIME AND VEHICLE OPERATION. A code reader scan may help pinpoint the location. Likely locations include being related to the fuel pump, the fuel injector solenoid, and the ECM (Engine Control Module). GOOD LUCK.
