First start of the day the truck has a ruff idle and often stalls. Once warm, it starts and runs with no trouble. I added a fuel system cleaner to the last full tank of gas and the problem went away, but only for 3-4 days. Not sure if it's related, but the ruff idling started shortly after i reduced the trucks use from 45 miles per day to 5 miles per day. The trucks total mileage is 120000.

My husband is having the same problem - my dad is a pretty good mechanic so I described my problem to him. He said it could be the oxgen senor or crank sensor. He said that Advance Auto should be able to test and see which (if any) sensor that you need for FREE!!
But he also said that the 2 sensors on the catalytic convertor could be bad or the wire going to the catalytic convertor may be broken, melted or dislocated. Also, make sure that your air filter is not clogged and clean. Hope this helps. Good luck!!
