Hi. I bought a 2003 dodge caravan with the built in dvd player and it reads no disk even though there is one inside. I tried cleaning it and it didn't make a difference. has anyone else experienced the same problem? If so, how did you rectify it?
Yes others have reported this problem, it is a hardware failure in the player, you will need to remove it and send it in to a factory approved repair center, you can't fix this at home, you would need the repair manual and the parts, neither of which you can buy unless you are an approved shop.

hi the front ones are not bad but the back ones you will have to get from under the van.( do them one at a time)

The problem is most likely to be with your vacuum line they put cheap rubber hose for this purpose. You should find a diagram at the front of the vehicle trace the hoses by this diagram. You most likely will find a bad piece of hose.
