That would be impossible.
If the head gasket has failed than the only tru fix is to replace it. This would involve an extensive disassembly of the major engine components.
There are stop leak products on the market that claim to fix these problems. I can assure you that these are band-aides. As we know they only cover the wound they do not heal it.
The only way you could fix it without taking the engine apart is to replace the engine with a used or remanufactured engine. This would still involve the transfer of parts from one engaging to another and the removal and install of the engine itself.
