SOURCE: torque specs for front spindle (nut hold brake drum in place)
Tighten till the wheel bearing is tight. No one really uses a specification for that, do it by feel. when the nut is tight, and there is no play in the bearing. Should be about 15-20 ft/lbs, with about .001-.003 end play if you need exact numbers though.

Make sure you remove all the rust from the spindle and rotor. Make sure the bearing races are all flush. Use a rubber mallet, not a hammer
to properly seat the rotor. Good luck.

SOURCE: how to remove lock nut on front bering
You just need a good socket and a very large breaker bar! The factory torque is 221-295 foot pounds! Ford also recommends replacing the nuts after servicing as they are one time use! They run about $12 (Oreilly) and you dont have to get them from a dealer. Best wishes!
