2005 1.0 kia picanto cel flickering wont start

Somtimes the cel light will be on constant and the car will start but only for a few seconds and shut off then the cel will be flickering again and then somtimes i get no cel at all any ideas (check engine light)

it would seem to me to be ecu trouble but would like to get second opinion

Try to scan it and retrieve code from check engine light it could cause so many things. You need to start from tehere to reveal code.
