I have the same problem, although the shift can be quite sudden at higher speeds. I am going to change the fluid and filter to see if this helps. I was driving and heard something break. The car slowed down and stopped and would not move forward but does in reverse. My nze121 Toyota Cor olla does not move immediately when gear in drive. It takes sometimes about 1 minute to engage geardrive.Pls advise Thanks.
