My sister-in-law has an 04 saturn ion that has an issue. After having the battery jumped, all of the power windows in the car quit working. Also, the auto lock controls on the drivers side quit working. However, when using the auto lock controls on the passenger side door, all of the doors lock except for the drivers door. The main fuse under the drivers dash has been checked, and doesn't seem to be the problem. What could be the problem?

Check the wires going from the driver door into the kick panel there should be a rubber thing around the wires and cut it off and the wires usualy break and loose connection

Left my headlights on and killed the battery. Replaced the battery now all the windows are not working. Only the power lock on the passenger side works. Anyone know how to fix this? Changed all the fuses & relays and it did not work.
