My new spark plugs are getting wet, and tail pipe has water coming out of it?

Getting water in the tail pipe is a good sign as the engine will always have moisture when not running. Water on spark plugs is a bad sign as there may be a leak from a cracked cylinder head which is then a major job, the car should be running erratically or will stop.

To check if this is the case take out the oil dipstick and see if the oil is light brown instead of black then you have a problem as mentioned so needs major overall to the engine.

My 98 firebird tail pipe blows white smoke and water out the tail pipe then as i let it sit for 30 minutes the engine gets hotter then gas like smile and heavier smoke come out the tail pipe it also s

One of the main causes of white exhaust smoke and coolant loss is a cracked or warped cylinder head, a cracked engine block, or head gasket failure caused by overheating. A cracked head may allow coolant to leak into one or more cylinders or into the combustion chamber of the engine. Dirty coolant, a poorly maintained cooling system, a low coolant level, or a non-functioning cooling fan can cause engine overheating. In addition, engine wear can eventually cause the gaskets to lose their capacity to seal properly allowing internal coolant loss. Intake manifold gasket and head gasket failures are two of the most common sources of internal coolant loss caused by engine wear.

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Hi, If you see white smoke coming from tail pipe then you will know it is leaking through engine.
I would suggest after you replace head gasket, that you put new radiator fluid (50/50) mix and a new thermostat in. The fluid will keep it from boiling over. Good luck.

Well i did the batt and the alt to now i have a los of coolant and now i have water form the tail pipe what is it

not a complete history in your brief 'sentence', but water from the exhaust is either condensation whick is normal, or you have a blown head gasket or worse (cracked head or block) which is going to be very expensive to fix. If it is not overheating too, you have nothing to worry about, if it is you need to get the car to someone who can do a compression test and cylinder and/or coolant leakdown test to determine the extent of the damage.

Blue smoke from tail pipe 98 neon no leaks i can see

It sounds like you could need some new piston rings. when they go bad it causes oil to get by into the combustion chamber and burn when the engine fires.
