1996 Grand Jeep Cherokee stalling

My Battery keeps draining and the car stalls but will start up after a few minutes. It has a brand new alternater and starter. No codes are showing up. I need to change the catalytic converter could this be draining the battery?

No, this will not drain your battery, but it sounds like the battery and charging system are working. there must be a draw on the system, you will need to have someone hook up a tester to check for the draw and work back from what they find.

2000 jeep grande cherokee, will start if i jump it off, but when i give it gas, it idles down and stalls out

Check your charging system. Jumping will put a slight surface charge on the battery but that will only last as few minutes. If system is not charging, you will drop below operating voltage and the engine will then stall after disconnection jumpers.

sounds like you may have a fuel delivery problem,There is a fuel regulator that keeps a steady pressure this may have the same tendencies as a fuel pump cavatating also,Have a good garage do a fuel flow test as well as a fuel pump pressure test.
