I need a wiring diagram for a fuel injected 1989 Plymouth Colt with a 1.5 L mitsubishi Precis engine?

These are the same bolt patterns, bolt pattern is 4 X 4.5 or also known as 4 X 114MM. Measure 2 lugholes across from each other and it should measure 4 1/2" US or 114MM. the center hubs may be smaller/larger. Check the center hub size before purchasing:

This car doesn't have a fuel pump cutoff switch.

I don't know, but maybe the torque converter clutch has not released?

The alternator belt drives the water pump and power steerin on these cars. You can start th engine but the steering will be very stiff and the engine will overheat within a few minutes.

25 ft lbs or if u do not have a torque wrench when using a wratchet hold the end of the wratchet (gear end in the palm of your hands and tighten as tight as you can it is aprox 25 ft lbs when done make sure you use a patern to prevent torque twist of the pan

1.5L should be rear of engine mounted ON distributor. 2.0L should be mounted IN distributor.

I would recommend you replace the ignition module.
