We turn on the heat or a/c in the truck, we can hear the motor trying to work and no air is coming into the truck..
My guess would be the blower motor resistor connection because they get hot and cause the pigtail to loose its connection.Turn the ignition and fan switches on and then wiggle and pull on the pigtail going to the resistor. Its located on the passenger side of the heat duct.Usally there are 2 screws that mount it to the heat duct.
SOURCE: barely any heat coming from vents blower motor working
check the coolant level & condition of antifreeze make sure it is not dirty/rusty/muddy if thats ok try a new thermostat & radiator cap if the antifreeze is muddy you may have to blow out the heater core
SOURCE: blower motor not working
the noise is a blend air door motor moving the door if its poping the door maybe broken as far as the blower not working the blower motor maybe bad or the resistor could be bad check to make sure water is not getting in the motor you will se rust if thats the case
SOURCE: No air blowing 1998 Ford E350
blower motor location is in the heater box down by the passengers feet the fan relay in out under the hood in the power fuse box check this first
check to see if the blower motor turns you can do this by removing the three screws the motor and squiral cage will come out spin it if it moves freely putit back replace the switch assembly
