This can be a big problem so will start on easiest first. and try to repair as going, the passenger door the problem with this could be the solenoid for the door lock. and or the switches in the lock. driver door has the same but is the master door. ie if you open door from unlocking at pass door it will only open this door, drivers side will open all doors. flashing hazards this could be because the alarm is not completely turned off this could be because of the doors, mainly the drivers side. try to find the fault with the door lock and get back to me when you have found the fault. you will need a meter to check for volts and the switches, check them as lock unlock from the inside and the key to make sure they working. dpd spray should be able to clean them if you can spray into the lock and housing that is plastic. give a good flush out after its working wipe up the mess from the spray and mear grease on the lock moving parts.

i believe the audi uses two relays for the turn signals and hazzard lights so it would appear the turn relay has failed. it should be located under the dash near the steer column.... seems to me me they have some shielding under the dash so it may be hard to get to.

Hazard light switch fails a lot on Audis and VWs. It is located above the radio. It is the big red button with the triangle on it. To removed and replace you need to remove the radio. Note special audi radio tools require to remove radio. Once the radio is out there is a black cover above where radio was at. This cover pulls out. Now you can access the Hazard lite switch. I would install new switch and test before reassembling.

There is a few things to do check the door switches that control dome lights, check wire down by the skid plate when you get oil changed there is a sensor for the starter there if it is stolen the alarm will go off or just take a BAT and BEAT the living **** out of your horn and call it good like I am going to.
