First i had a problem with the battery and alternater, changed that and got a fuse for the battery. after that the interior lights, door locks, radio, clock, and plug for code reader dont work. i also have my check engin light on from a speed sensor. but the main problem right now is the electrical issues.
The relays can be flip flopped if they look the same. Only rearrange 2 at a time to isolate the relay while leaving the radio on. You must shut the key off while swapping the relays to re. energize the power
You shorted something out. Check all fuses and relays. I think you blew a relay not a fuse.

there is a short or a signal from the un-locking switch that is triggering your locks.
you have a switch manually to lock and un-lock your doors, the unlocking circuit is making contact.
you can try playing with your switch to un-short the switch or open it up ang check it.

SOURCE: Service Engine soon light Code P0133
I just came from an Autozone, and then spoke with 2 Hyundai dealership service departments and they all three stated the P0113 code is the Intake Air Temperature sensor (IAT, also referred to as the Mass Air Pressure - MAP - sensor) on the engine, not an O2 sensor found in the exhaust system.
