Bulbs are good Ground was bad in driver's side, but I had bought a new connector before finding that out. Nevertheless, I grounded the ground wire and it worked. Then the passenger's side went out in the same week. Then two days later the driver side low beam when out again well. So, I have no low beams at all now except for periodically the driver's side will come on for a few seconds while I'm driving then go back out.
Are you the original owner ? If yes, any front end damage which may have damaged wiring, causing short. If no, maybe defective bulb.
If you have any more detail information about this, like, when did it start ? How often does this happen ? Have you done anything else other then what you have already shared with us ?
Try checking out the wiring and if not just buy new bulbs

Some time back I found some data on a similar website suggesting that the Day Light Running circuit board, just under the steering column, developed cracks in some of the soldered joints. Your high beams should also be affected with loss of day light running lights.
Resoldering repaired the continuity of the circuits. Ours is now working quite reliably. Some of the defective areas developed slight brownish discoloration, that's how I was told to recognise the areas to be resoldered. Hope this will help you solve your problem.

do the wire colors not match the factory plug?. Trial and error on the other 2 wires wouldnt hurt it too much, just pop a fuse if its wrong.
Haynes makes a kick a$$ manual for the 92-95 civic. I should know, i have one too! lol
hope that helps a bit...please rate solution

no you dont! You can always make a new ground,so long as it is connected to the opposite side of the power source.Check the grounds you can see and make sure they are strong ( clean and not frayed ).Move wires to see if they are weak.

There are two filiments in each headlamp; one for low beams, and the other for high beams. It is possible that the both right and left low beam filiments burned out at nearly the same time. Otherwise, there may be a fuse, or headlight relay that is causing the problem. If all these check out good, it may be your headlight switch needs to be replaced.
