Buick Regal Gs supercharger nose assembly please help if you can

I have a 1998 Buick regal GS V6 suppercharger series II. I need some instructions how to rebuild the nose. I have the repaire kit. I can't figure out how to separate the pulley from the shaft.

You can rent a puller from one of the performance companies out there. I believe the one is 3800 performance? Or ZZP

The nylon coupler wears out and rattles like the sound of rocks within it. My bearings were perfect

The 3.8" supercharger (belt) pulley? You need a special tool as they are press fit.
www.intence-racing.com and www.3800performance.com

both carry it and offer the tool for rent as well.

Much of the noise comes from the coupler, however there are case (needle) bearings as well that wear, Those are much more difficult to replace.

Hello

locate the vacume lines under the top cover(plastic lines) of the engine, then trace them down to the lower front of the engine compartment, you will find the canister, and the solenoid.
