'99 dodge diesel won't stay running

Isarted my '99 dodge last night it ran for about 20 seconds and stalled. I pulled the fuel filter but it does'nt seem to be that bad, I then bumped the starter to see if my lift pump was delivering but no fuel was coming out of the filter housing. Where should I go from here? Thank you

You did not say if lift pump was delivering, so I am assuming it is not. When you pulled the fuel filter, was it full / under pressure? If not, lift pump most likely the problem. cracked fuel lines in system may also be the cause. I rec. replacing lift pump, if that does not solve problem, look for cracks / breaks in fuel line prior to lift pump.

99 Dodge ram 2500 with cummins diesel stalled and won't restart. Changed fuel filter, and determined that there is fuel going to injector pump.

loosen one fuel line to one of the injectors, try to start the truck and look for the fuel to spray out of the line. it should spray rather hard if the injector pump is working right. if it just dribbles or trickles out you have a weak pump.

Dodge cummins won't start, fuel reaching injector pump but no fuel coming out of injector pump.

You said you have fuel flowing from the inlet line of the injection pump? But not at the injector lines?
