First do you hear your fuel pump running? if you don't more then likely the relay may have went bad. second check your connection to your coil's..make sure there clean and tight..and getting back to the fuel problem if you hear your pump running then it could be the fuel filter clog...try this and let me know....

1999 ford crown vic won't start. changed fuel

Maybe your problem is with the one or many injectors, if just one is bad, you will have problems. Get yourself a multimeter and set it to read in ohms and find what spec the injectors should be at. If out of spec, then you need to replace that one injector(s).

I have a 1999 crown vic, it will turn over but will not start

Check the fuel pump is working.
Check the fuel filter is not clogged.
Check if you are getting fuel from the injectors and spark from the spark plug.
Also make sure the air filter is not clogged.

My 90 crown vic won't start. i have fuel to the

I would visually check for spark at the plugs, to make sure spark is getting to the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse.
How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?

1999 crown vic keeps getting air locked at the fuel rail?

check your fuel pressure
if you dont have enough pressure this will happen
when the fuel pressure is good the system will just push the air out through the injectors or the fuel return line
