Are you doing diagnostic for the code's or are you just replacing parts ? With each code in a factory service repair manual is an associated diagnostic procedure , testing electrical circuit's for what ever sensor the code is for . Sounds like you should take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop that has the diagnostic equipment an knowledge . Sounds like you have no clue how OBD2 works . Just because you have a code reader does not mean you have the ability to repair OBD 2 vehicles .

You don't even know what the wrench light is for ! You like making part stores rich ?
The SERVICE (Wrench) telltale is pulled to ground by the powertrain control module (PCM). When the lamp is pulled to ground, current from the ignition circuit flows through the indicator lamp, allowing it to come ON. The PCM will turn the SERVICE (Wrench) telltale ON for all non-emission related DTCs that require that a telltale be turned ON (some DTCs do not turn on a telltale but are stored to aid in diagnosis).
The SERVICE (Wrench) telltale will also be turned ON if the ABS control module has detected a fault in its own warning indicator system. If the ABS system cannot turn on its own telltale, a message will be sent to the PCM through the class 2 data bus (circuit 1807) to turn on the SERVICE (Wrench) telltale.
The SERVICE (Wrench) telltale will be turned ON for 2-3 seconds when the ignition is turned to RUN for a bulb test.
SOURCE: In a Saturn SL2 1998,
P0133 is an oxygen sensor "response too slow" code (meaning it's not getting up to temperature quickly enough, and the computer is assuming damage to its heating element). P0422 is a catalytic converter problem indication (cat is below peak efficiency). It's assuming you have a failure with the primary O2 sensor and that the cat is also bad. Change your O2 sensor first, have the codes cleared, and see if the cat code comes back or if the O2 sensor change fixes both issues.
SOURCE: 1997 Saturn SL1 need to know what these codes mean?
P1640 islow coolant / hot / ATF temperature lamp circuit fault
P1641 is cruise clutch circuit fault low fuel circuit fault ( 1997 - 1999 )
hope that this is what you are looking for and if so I hope that you take the time to rate this response.

Some codes are HARD codes & some SOFT codes. The hard code are stored in the computer memory because "something was wrong and is wrong." A soft code is when an issue happened but vanishes.Sounds like you might have something soft. You'll need that scanner hooked up when that light comes on to check the specs of the car.

Here is the definition of the code in GM manual:
P0128 - Coolant Thermostat Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature, this indicates the engine is running cold, u need a thermostat
SOURCE: i have a 2003 saturn vue 6 cylinder. my service engine soon light
From the looks of it this is a very common problem with the 2002-2003 saturn vue. There was a Technical Service Bulletin from saturn about the problem, which means it happens alot but not quite enough to warrant a recall.
You need to replace your thermostat and it is a pain to do, the dealership will charge you about 2 hours flat rate to put it in.
Its not a huge deal to get it replaced right away, but the computer depends on the vehicle being a certain temperature and if it isn't then your performance/emissions will suffer.
